Got us in quickly in an emergency situation and we’re able to see us same day where our other vet could not. They got our puppy hydrated and medicated and educated us on how to take care of him over the next couple of weeks at home. Their rates were very reasonable. I will be checking with my own bed and possibly moving my four dogs to your veterinary clinic as well because of the excellent service you gave us last night! Great job and friendly people!!

I've been taking my 2 corgis here. Everyone is always welcoming and love to see the corgis lol. They get us in a room pretty quickly, answer any questions or concerns I have and of course the dogs always get a little treat. They always have a sheet with all shots/procedures and pricing to go over with me(which I appreciate-other vets have tried to sneak stuff in or not be clear with pricing) Overall I am very happy with this vet and will be continuing to bring my precious dogs here.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! We came here for the k9 influenza vaccine. Because we were new, we had to do the full exam for each of our pets. We arrived 15 min early for our scheduled appointment. We were called back 5 min later took each of the dogs one by one. Another 5 min and the vet came in. Told us our dogs were overweight then asked us if we had any questions, I asked what their weight was but she had no recollection and also didn’t have our chart in hand. I’m assuming she didn’t go over any of the dogs herself and just glanced at the paperwork. We checked out and they didn’t process our pet insurance that took them longer to process. We left arrived home to our dog limping and blood all over our floor. I immediately looked at the dogs and saw his foot had been cut and his nails were trimmed. No one mentioned cutting our dog’s nails. They had a grooming appointment scheduled within the next few days we were aware they were long but we normally get them cut professionally to avoid injuries. Had she asked or informed us she was going to cut their nails we would have declined. I immediately called the vet, as anyone would’ve been in that situation, was put on hold for 8 min. I asked why they were cut in the first place and why weren’t we told/ informed all they had to say is that the assistant did them “complimentary” never apologized or reimbursed us for our service. Obviously we will not be coming back. I highly recommend taking your pets to a professional facility that has the proper training and experience. You can see the photos of his paw as well as our invoice which stated nothing about trimming nails.
